Chef Igor is renowned for pairing premium ingredients from across the world with modern technique to craft nouvelle Italian delicacies.
Guests can savour signature classics such as Lobster cappuccino with salted croissants; Quail slow cooked in olive oil, with caramelized green apple; linguine with pepper and lamb sauce; roasted pig cutlet, baked onion sauce and asparagus; Pan fried tuna loin wasabi sauce, spring onion and cocoa grue, along with gourmet desserts such as chocolate mousse, orange crème brulee and fried spaghetti; Panettone, mandarin and dried fruits and others included in the A la carte menu.
