On 11th of July’ 2011, 160 freshers recruited from various engineering colleges in eastern zone joined Mindfire Solutions, Bhubaneswar Advanced Development Center. Recruitment had also been conducted in the northern zone and, a batch of 30 people joined our New Delhi center this month. These batches of candidates were selected through campus recruitment earlier this year. Reaching the figure of 700 was indeed a landmark for Mindfire Solutions.
The fresh batches would be undergoing training sessions for 5 weeks. After the rigorous training process, they will be assigned to different teams working in specific skills and technology. Mindfire Solutions has the lowest attrition level since its inception in 1999. Enough opportunity and time are given to people at Mindfire to improve their performance.
