    New Delhi: Mohd Irfan has joined as Head Chef at Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Paschim Vihar. Prior to Radisson, Mohd. Irfan was working with The Claridges New Delhi. With over 9 years of experience in this industry, he has also worked with the Great Kabab Factory at Radisson Hotel New Delhi, Carlson Hospitality and Uppal’s Orchid.

    A hotel management graduate from IHM Hyderabad, Mohd. Irfan specializes in Indian Tandoor and Curry. In his current role, he is responsible for menu planning, maintaining quality & consistency of food and ensuring guest satisfaction. Mohd. Irfan is very fond of wild life and likes to play football in his leisure time.
