  • Jalandhar : Nine students of Lovely Professional University have got selected as Trainee Software Engineers by MOTHERSONSUMI INFOTECH AND DESIGNS LIMITED under a Joint campus Placement Drive. It had invited B.Tech CSE/ IT students of Batch 2011. The Drive was conducted meticulously at Shri Baldev Raj Mittal Auditorium of the University. Many students of other educational institutions had also undergone the Selection Criteria. The selected ones will join their duties in the month of June 2011. The salary package offered is 3.0 Lac per annum.

    On this occasion, the Director-General of the University, Er HR Singla said: “The hard working students have suitably availed of the opportunity offered by the famous establishment. They have really grabbed a golden chance to serve and grow on great lines under a very good start with such a company. We wish that these students may add more and more lustre to their career in future.”

    Some of the selected students Amanjot Singh, Mukesh Pathak andSurya Khanna said jointly: “This selection is going to make us grow and design our future in such a way that many other career opportunities will certainly come to us, if we continue working hard as guided and motivated at the University.”
