Mr. Nambi Arooran has recently been appointed as Director – Food & Beverage at Le Royal Méridien, Chennai, and Le Meridien, Coimbatore.

Mr. Arooran will add significant value into all facets of food & beverage operations, given his vast experience of 30 years in the hospitality sector. Mr. Arooran has a credible record of creativity, focused direction and flawless execution.

His stint at the ITC has given him the opportunity to work in cities across the country like New Delhi, Agra, Bangalore, Chennai, Port Blair, Vishakhapatnam and Hyderabad. During the course of his career, he has also catered to various Heads of State and Government leaders.

Mr. Arooran has a hotel management degree from IHM, Taramani, Chennai in 1982 and has also successfully completed a level four certification course on hygiene and sanitation conducted by the prestigious FIEH.
