Realtors (Real Estate Agents) and real estate Industry in Hyderabad and all over the World celebrate “World Realtors Day” every year and in India on March 21^st  to highlight the importance of Realtors and their role in the economic development of the society, informed Shailender Singh, Commercial Real Estate Expert, who is a veteran in this space and senior member of NAR India Hyderabad

To honor the profession and to celebrate the remarkable journey of a Realtor, NAR-India has announced 21st March as the World Realtor Day informs Mr.Sumanth Reddy , President of Hyderabad Chapter

The professional brokerage business in India has grown up on leaps and bounds in the recent past.  The Realtor Profession as a profession has arrived and grown on fast strides. Today it gets all the respect and value that it truly deserves adds Shailender.

The role of Realtors, i.e brokers cannot be undermined.  Large portion, nearly 80 percent or even more real estate transactions happen in India with the involvement of brokers.  Realty professionals are instrumental in the cycle of property buying and selling.  Realtors are dream fulfillers of people. They help people realize their dreams.

World Realtors day is an occasion to recall the role of realtors in the real estate ecosystem. The occasion involves all the stakeholders in the eco-system. The day is dedicated to all the realty professionals and is also considered as a tribute to the Realtor community at large that has been driving the real estate industry.

Nearly over 200 member companies in Hyderabad and 30000 Members from across the country actively participate to celebrate the occasion, create awareness about the realtor, educate the other stakeholders on its importance and significance and the vibrant role played by it.

Hyderabad is chosen for its 11th Annual NAR India Convention to be held at HICC on 24^th and 25^th  August this year informed Shailender Singh, who is also the Convention Chairman for the forthcoming two day Convention which will be participated by over 1500 delegates from all over India. It will be India’s largest real estate event, he added which will witness members from 48 cities participating along with participation from realtors from different parts of the world.

NAR-INDIA with over 30,000 members and 48 chapters across India is the top representative body and advocacy group for those in the Real Estate Transaction Advisory.  Formed in the year 2008, over the period of last one decade, it has transformed the way Realtor Professional is perceived in India.
