Navi Finserv to Launch Hassle-Free Retail Home Loans via Navi App in Hyderabad

● Navi Finserv will launch its app-based home loans in Hyderabad in the next few weeks
● The company is immediately opening a branch office in Hyderabad and will hire around 15 members
● Navi will serve the Greater Hyderabad area including Hyderabad city, Ranga Reddy and Medak.
● Navi will offer home loans up to INR 1.5 Cr for tenure up to 25 years
● Interest rate starting at 6.95% and loans for up to 90% of property value
● Instant, digital and paperless in-principle approval
Hyderabad: Navi Finserv, part of Navi Technologies co-founded by Sachin Bansal, has announced that it will launch its quick, hassle-free and affordable retail home loans via the Navi App in Hyderabad in the next few weeks. Aimed at salaried and self-employed professionals, Navi will provide home loans starting from INR 10 Lakh up to INR 1.5 Crores with tenure of up to 25 years and interest rate starting at 6.95%. Navi Finserv Private Limited is an RBI registered Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC).
Eligible customers can avail loans for as much as 90% of the property value. Customers can download the Navi App on Google Play store, select the “Home Loan” button, and complete the paperless journey to check their eligibility, and immediately receive the home loan offer. The approval process is entirely digital and paperless, offering customers a simple, transparent and speedy option for home loans. Loans can be used for purchasing homes for residential use in ready-to-occupy, under construction or self-constructed homes.
Navi home loan was launched in Karnataka in Dec 2020 and Hyderabad is the first city it is expanding to since the launch. Navi will serve the Greater Hyderabad area including Hyderabad city, Ranga Reddy and Medak. Availability will also be extended to other selected cities in India between May and Sep 2021. The Navi digital personal loan product through the Navi app has already been available in Hyderabad and Telangana since May 2020 and has seen tremendous response from consumers since its launch.
