Haflong  : The N.C Hills Indigenous Students Forum calling on Shri. Naresh Ghosh IAS, Principal Secretary (T) N.C Hills Autonomous Council warns of dire consequences if he fails to take up matter seriously, stated Devid Keivom, President of NCHISF on Monday.

Keivom stated that the N.C Hills Indigenous Students Forum requested the Principal Secretary to issue strict order to all the Departments under N.C Hills Autonomous council to call open tender in all the works for transparency and healthy competition among the eligible contractors  to improve the standard of works in the district which would surely stop the misuse of public funds for Development.

The NCHISF also asked to issue copy of all the Departments’s Action plan for the last five years. The Principal Secretary gave assurance that he would try to provide all the information within 7 days after discussing with the higher Authority.  The N.C Hills Indigenous Students Forum also warned the Principal Secretary  that if the PS fails to take up the matter seriously The NCHISF warn of dire consequences.
