Rajasthan based educationist Nirmal Gehlot has contributed Rs. 21 Lakh to the Rajasthan Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to help the government tackle this pandemic. Dr. Prakash Rajpuorhit, the District Magistrate of Jodhpur, received the amount from Nirmal on the behalf of the state government.

Nirmal has also been feeding a large number of needy people on a daily basis since the national lockdown came into effect.  Recently he received a thank you letter from The Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Jodhpur, Kalu Ram Rawat for thinking about and ensuring the safety police officials in Jodhpur. He had sent Corona kit for the members of Jodhpur Police fighting Corona on the frontlines.

“I expect you and your origination to keep helping the Police Department in times to come,” said DCP in the aforesaid letter.

Nirmal with the help of different stakeholders has been assisting and advising government authorities for formulation of better education polices in Rajasthan.
