Road, Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari inaugurated the third phase of Delhi-Meerut Expressway today.
It connects Dasna in Ghaziabad to Hapur. The over 22-kilometre long section has been built at a cost of 1,058 crore rupees.
It has six lanes and 22 lane service roads on either side, Besides, it has a 4.68-kilometre 6-lane elevated corridor at Pilkhuwa.
The project is part of 82-kilometre long Expressway which connects Delhi with Meerut in western Uttar Pradesh.
