Noida : When the economic slowdown has impacted the campus recruitment in a major way, Noida International University (NIU) has once again seen successful placements as 95 percent of their students from their current batch have been placed. The students at the leading private university have been selected in the repute companies like Max Healthcare, PayTm, HDFC, BYJU’s, Spice Jet, Just Dial, IBS India Rose International, Tech Buddies IT Pvt Ltd, Sirius Food Pvt Ltd, Kailash Hospital, Apollo Hospitals, Cloud 9 hospital among others. Despite the grim market scenario, the NIU students have bagged an average salary package of Rs 5 LPA.

The leading higher education institute has seen an impressive track record of placements in the past as well. NIU students bagged these offers from on-campus selection processes.

“Our strong industry-academic linkages, apart from quality education have given us good results in terms of annual placements. The University through its 12 schools is offering various multi-disciplinary programmes in varied streams of Engineering, Management, Law, Medical and Social Sciences. We are aware of the high competition in the job market and prepare our students future-ready right from their first semester. We wish the placed students all the best and we are confident that they will excel in whatever they do and wherever they go through their hard work and strong educational base. The placement season is not over yet and these numbers are only for 12 weeks. We expect more placements in the coming days. It has been a fabulous start and we have seen at least one recruiting company for every two students,” said Mr. Sidharth Singh, Head- Training & Placements, Noida International University.

NIU also has a 350+ bedded Hospital and a Medical College named Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences (NIIMS). NIIMS is a Centre of Excellence which endeavors to develop a unique pedagogy for medical education. NIIMS’s greater focus lies on the pragmatic approach of learning that lets a student explore the deeper nuances of medical education.

Last year, the University had also witnessed 100 percent placement of their management students (MBA), a program designed by experts from higher education, management studies, business, and industry with an aim to offer the right blend of academics, experience, and experimentation to the students.
