  • Nupur Recyclers Ltd. renovates hygiene / sanitization facilities for Visually Challenged

    The company rehauled and renovated the premises of Delhi’s National Blind Youth Association

    Nupur Recyclers, a market leader in metal scrap processing and recycling today announced its successfully implemented programme of rehauling and renovating the premises of Delhi branch of the National Blind Youth Association, as a part of the company’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiative, at an event taken place in Patparganj.

     In order to ensure convenience and safety to the underprivileged students, the company has undertaken a responsibility of rebuilding five toilets, office area and renovated the front side of the office building along with the mounts which were in very rickety state. The building has been renovated considering the preventive safety measures during the currently prevailing turbulent health crisis all across the world. This programme took place over a period of 15 days.

     Mr. Rajesh Gupta, Founder & CEO, Nupur Recyclers stated, “We feel really honoured to have conducted this programme. We are on a mission to significantly contribute to the upliftment of the locally situated underprivileged people as a part of our ESG initiative. Considering the pandemic situation, we feel it’s our responsibility to come forward and take some relevant initiatives to propel safety and hygiene in every possible manner.”

    To commemorate the event, there present some of the dignitaries such as, , Mr. Shyam Sunder Aggarwal Ji (Mayor East Delhi) and Shashi Chandna Ji (Municipal Councilor- Mandoli Area), Mahasachiv of Blind School Mr. Shobhit Yadav and coordinator Mr. Santosh Yadav.

    NRL was represented by Mr. Rajesh Gupta (Founder, Nupur Recyclers Ltd.), Mrs. Geeta Goswami (Advisory Board) along with Viraj Gupta, Manisha Goswami, Payal Vij, Ravish Kumar, and Bharat Yadav

    In order to achieve net-zero emissions, Nupur Recyclers has also worked with Go Green Enviro, an ESG consulting firm. The company has also, ran a plantation drive in collaboration with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, in February, 2022. (MCD). In order to maintain its community relations, the group has launched a new project in Mandwali, Delhi’s eastern suburbs, by planting 550 trees as an act of environmental preservation. This measure will also help the country achieve its zero-carbon emission objectives.
