Amarjit Singh Batra, CEO, OLX India, said “As the number one marketplace for used goods, we created OLX Everland so that Mumbaikars can enjoy quality time with their children and families. We noticed that parents these days are struggling to find holistic and fun activities for their kids and we want to change that. As an open marketplace, OLX brings people together for mutual benefit. Through OLX Everland we are bringing families together for mutual enjoyment. OLX Everland is our way of giving back to our users and to Mumbai, and creating a deeper sense of community.”
In addition to creating this unique platform, OLX also introduced Turkish painting art Ebru – painting on water – for the first time in Mumbai. The carnival provided a unique chance for the people of the city to be a part of Ebru workshops and learn this skill. The kids got an opportunity to meet Pipa, the clown, who was flown in especially from Spain to amaze everyone with his Pantomime skills.
