  • India’s leading smartphone brand, OPPO has reached a milestone by crossing the 10 million user mark on the My OPPO App in just 10 months. Launched in May 2021 to build a stronger connection with its customers, the app offers a range of benefits from premium customer service and vouchers to product-related offers. OPPO is also holding a Bumper Lucky Draw on the app to celebrate its success.

    With OPPO’s focus on using technology to empower people, the interactive app allows its users to come together and share their experiences. They can avail direct and immediate support as well as access to many benefits on the OPPO community. Members have enjoyed exclusive services such as instalment fees for out-of-warranty maintenance, high-end user hotline, free pick-up and drop services for repair in major cities, and free waiting at the service centres.

    OPPO members leveraged additional benefits such as free screen guard and back cover, free software update, free mobile checking, and OPPO store vouchers.

    Over the last 10 months, OPPO launched several programs for its customers such as Loyalty program to enhance user experience on its platform; Raffle game (Lucky Draw) for users to participate in and grab amazing rewards; and Super OPPO Days in which users can burn & earn points to receive benefits from attractive brands. Additionally, OPPO recently launched the Points Mall platform on the app. Here members can redeem their reward points earned through different activities on the My OPPO platform and grab coupons from popular brands.

    Users can participate in the bumper lucky draw and avail upcoming benefits and offers (March 21st-27th) by binding their devices on the My OPPO app, under the ‘My Privileges’ section. Members can bind their OPPO smartphones, wearables, and earphones. Once they click on ‘Redeem’, the benefits will be duly credited to their accounts.
