Opposition rally a summit of conflicting ideologies: BJP

BJP has described Opposition rally in West Bengal as an anti-Modi exercise. Addressing media in New Delhi today, BJP spokesperson Rajiv Pratap Rudy said the rally organised by TMC chief Mamata Banerjee was of self-interest and conflicting ideologies.

Commenting on the rally’s title, “United India”, the spokesperson said he does not know where the threat to unity is.

He said BJP clearly sees a divided leadership in Opposition parties. He stressed Opposition parties do not have a leader.

Mr Rudy said people have seen the performance of the Narendra Modi government and expressed confidence that the BJP will form the next government at the Centre with a full majority.
