Pamelia Haynes of Micozzi Management Receives IREM’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Individual Award

Honor presented at IREM Boston Chapter’s December 2 Annual Meeting

Pamelia Haynes of Micozzi Management in Allston, Massachusetts, was awarded the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Individual Award by the Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 at the chapter’s annual meeting, which took place December 2 at Granite Links in Quincy.

IREM Boston’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award recognizes outstanding leadership in ensuring that all people feel a sense of belong in the workplace.

Haynes, who joined Micozzi Management in November of 2000, is property manager for a multi-site portfolio of 15 properties throughout the South Shore area.

A member of IREM Boston No. 4 Membership Committee and the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) liaison since 2015, Haynes’ award was based significantly on her dedication to onboarding a diverse group of new members, each of whom she offers support and encouragement in chapter participation. As a member of the IREM Boston Diversity Committee, Haynes places focus on outreach to high school students, introducing them to property management as a career option.

Haynes is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and currently serves on the IREM Boston No. 4 Chapter’s Board of Directors.

Kimberly Parker and Yoany Vargas, co-chairs of the IREM Boston Chapter No. 4 Diversity Committee, presented the award to Haynes, noting that “her passion lies with mentoring and combining team training to provide the best possible resident services.”
