In a spectacular Awards, Ceremony Payal Foundation along with India Afghan Foundation as co-sponsor organised a glorifying programme.T he theme of the event was Women to empower women with special needs and legendary women from India and Afghanistan  Empowering women and youth plays a crucial role in the development of society. A largely ignored yet hugely important section of this society. An empowered woman reduces the gender disparity and leads to equality of men and women in society.

The Recognition started with presenting mementoes to dignitaries Mohammad Khairullah Azad Charge d’Affaires was presented for outstanding contribution in promoting culture and women empowerment, Ms.Ira Sehgal was presented for most inspirational women of the year Ms.Ilma Afroz Indian police services were presented award for excellence in serving nation, Dr. Blossom Kochhar was presented diva of aromatherapy 2019 Dr.Sanjana Jon for outstanding achievement in women upliftment and Ms.Payal Foundation for outstanding achievement in women upliftment. All awards were presented by Payal Foundation and India AfghanFoundation.

The ceremony had spectacular performances which started with National Anthem from India and Afghanistan. Afghan Refugees Society coordinate by Mohammad Dawood Sharifi.Te afghan students presented Mili Attan, Qarsak which is the local dance of Afghanistan which is called Classic Qarsak it is the local dance of one of the provinces of Afghanistan. From India the performances were by S,t Sangita Chatterjee academy Kalpataru Arts, Ms.Vani Madhav Disciples from Nritya Dhara Academy, Smt Sangeeta Majumder herself and disciples from Strings N Steps Academy. The Awards were presented to Special needs women from India Ms Krishna Chaudhary who uses mouth for making paintings, Ms.Vidushi Dhingra who is a slow learner from Afghanistan.

There were Awards given to Women who are Legendary in the field they work.
