- Book a bus ticket on Paytm and apply the promo code “BESTPRICE”.
- If within 24 hours of booking your ticket, you find a lower price on any other OTA for your same bus, contact us on the “24X7 Help & Support” tab in the Paytm app.
- Select your respective bus booking, choose an option to proceed and select: “”Best Price Guaranteed Program – Claim””.
- Please select the applicable responses and upload screenshots from both the platforms being compared.
5. Your screenshots from the ‘Order Summary’ pages should contain the following:
