  • Paytm ties up with AIACA; continues to promote Indian SMEs

    New Delhi: Paytm, India’s largest mobile commerce platform, has tied up with ‘All India Paytm-Logo-New-Approach-2013-9Artisans and Craftworkers Welfare Association’ (AIACA) to bring their unique handloom and handicraft products on its online marketplace. As part of the alliance, AIACA will present and promote its quality handloom and handicraft products through its exclusive brand store on Paytm.  

     Paytm will offer its online marketplace for skilled artisans and craftsmen to exhibit their beautiful handiwork for sale. Paytm would run attractive marketing campaigns to aid discover and increase appeal towards these products.

     Renu Satti, Vice President, Paytm said, “By showcasing the AIACA’s suggested merchants’ creations on our website, we will be able to present our users with a wide assortment of exquisite handicraft and handloom products. The tie-up has the twin benefit of providing merchants with the opportunity to present their creations on the website as well as enabling customers to get access to an array of authentic and alluring crafts work.” 

     Besides supporting the merchants referred by AIACA to sell their products with ease, Paytm will provide technical know-how and operational assistance to ensure a smooth passage on-board. The mobile commerce firm is also set to offer merchant panel access to them so as to facilitate managing their products effectively.
