Peabody Properties’ Marta Bonilla Achieves ARM® Credential

BRAINTREE, EAST BOSTON: Peabody Properties, (www.peabodyproperties.com), a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce that Marta Bonilla of East Boston, Massachusetts, has received her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) certification through the Boston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®).

Bonilla, who joined Peabody Properties in 2014, is a property manager at Coppersmith Village in East Boston.  The ARM® certification, announced earlier this month, is designed for early-career residential property managers that teaches the core competencies – including budgeting, leasing, maintenance, risk management, resident relations and retention – to manage residential properties successfully.

“Congratulations to Marta on this great achievement,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, Principal and COO of Peabody Properties and also 2021 president of IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4.  “We are grateful to her for her efforts to make our offerings that much more valuable, and to elevate the housing industry as a whole.”
