Bengaluru :  Pegasus Learning Center (PLC), the not for profit arm of Pegasus Institute for Excellence has initiated the learning program STEEP – Smart Track Executive Education Programme learning programmes for future leaders in organizations.

STEEP is conceived and designed for aspiring CHROs and CXOs in Bangalore and surrounding cities. This program is customized to the learning ways of senior professionals who value the importance of people practices as an important competence in their leadership roles. PLC recently held the premiere at Hotel Atria, Bangalore. The veterans and think tanks of the HR profession and business have appreciated the programme and the PLC methodology.

While the purpose of the program is to enhance the brand value of HR profession to being more agile, contemporary and influential, the rigor includes working with individual participants to achieve personal mastery, professional excellence and business proficiency and their lucid application at respective work spaces.
