In view of the public health crisis of Covid-19 that India is currently battling with, there are numerous social workers and philanthropists who have come forward and taken the reins of public help and support in their hands. Among these names are that of Jogendra Singh Chouhan and Rajendra Singh Chouhanwho are two extraordinary businessmen and philanthropists from Rajasthan who are known to have extended continued help in the state.
Their father, late Tan Singh Chouhan was an industrialist and a devoted philanthropist himself. His sons Jogendra Singh Chouhan and Rajendra Singh Chouhan have adopted his paternal village, the Joona Patrasar village that is located twenty five kilometers away from Barmer. Jogendra Singh Chouhanand Rajendra Singh Chouhan are greatly inspired by their father’s incredible work in the social service space and they wish to continue and keep his principles and legacy alive.
Having adopted and assumed full responsibility for the JoonaPatrasar village, Jogendra Singh Chouhan is looking after every family in the village. He has ensured that food and water supplies reach every household on a daily basis. Apart from this, Jogendra Singh Chouhan and Rajendra Singh Chouhan are connecting the village people to free of cost and quality healthcare services and medical check ups. Sanitization is also being done regularly so as to curb the spread of the virus.
Jogendra Singh Chouhan has not just provided monetary help to the Joona Patrasar village. He has been available to the village residents to discuss and resolve their problems. Jogendra Singh has also coordinated with the sarpanch and gram panchayat of the village.
Jogendra Singh Chouhan and Rajendra Singh Chouhan have not limited their help to the Joona Patrasar village. They have recently made a huge donation of 500 oxygen cylinders to the district administration of the city of Barmer. The brothers have also donated Rupees 50 lakhs to the Chief Minister fund.
