Dr RP Singhania, vice chairman and managing director, JK Tyre, is 
delighted at the progress the JK Tyre Racing Asia Series was making as the caravan moves to India next month (Oct. 28-30) with the premier feeder series to be run alongside the inaugural F1 Indian grand prix in New Delhi.
As the pioneers of Indian motorsports, JK Tyre decided to sponsor the Asian series this year with the clear ob-jective of making international motorsports accessible to more and more Indian drivers.
The Indian tyre giant has been sponsoring the Indian National racing championship for the past 14 years and played a key role in putting the two Indian drivers on the F1 grid.
We are committed to racing at the grassroots level,Mr Singhania said. India should have as many good drivers at all levels. It is in this aspect we feel we have served Indian racing well.
I am delighted with the progress JK Racing Asia series is making. I am glad with the choice we have made — It gives us tremendous pleasure to provide young Indian drivers with the feel and flavor of races of this kind. We are happy that we are contributing to the evolution of our future F1 drivers.
