PM urges opposition to allow Parliament to function

Ahead of the session Prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh said, he is confident that financial business will be transacted in Parliament to the satisfaction of the government.
Dr. singh requested the opposition to allow the government to function both the houses smoothly.
