In the latest development, former Chief Minister and Lok Sabha MP Neiphiu Rio is reportedly in the offing to replace Chief Minister T R Zeliang. On Thursday, at least 34 NPF legislators had chosen its Party President Shurhozelie Liezietsu to replace Zeliang.
