    • Ideal chicken bird weight should be 1.7-2 kg.
    • Allow the chicken to cook well during the cooking phase. It helps the thigh to cook at a slower pace and retain its moisture.
    • Do not marinate a chicken for more than 24 hours. About 15-20 minutes is good enough for a transformation.
    • Cooking the meat at a high temperature with a pinch of turmeric is always advisable.
