“Support institutions doing new and exciting work in Higher Education that might not fit into the conventional models! Reserve a fund and be willing to support these institutions with approvals outside of the UGC and AICTE norms.
“Revise existing norms governing the creation and operation of higher education institutions to inspire more innovation in how learning is actually happening in universities and colleges”.
“Include pre-school education within the norms of Right to Education and ensure that all children in the age groups of 3-6 are enrolled good quality pre-school centres (not Anganwadi Centres)”.
