In the interim budget for the first time, budgetary provisions for the Home Ministry crossed the Rs 1-lakh crore mark with special emphasis on improving border infrastructure and police modernization. We expect increased budgetary allocation for security, protection and rescue expenditure by Government of India. This will also boost the domestic manufacturing and help India in leading the world as one of the biggest business destination for equipment’s, arms and other allied technologies and manufacturing industries.
