With rapid vaccination drives underway, we are more confident of employees returning to the physical workplace soon. Given the situation of 100% occupancy, we will see redesigning of workstations to allow an average 30% increase in per person space provision.
As facility managers our role is integral regardless of these modules. When employees report to the facility, we are prepared with maximized safety through dissemination of detailed SOPs that address critical areas such as indoor air quality, safety & hygiene, visitor management, security & surveillance, waste management, ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) and compliance. QR code technology and IoT based sensor technology are being actively adopted to promote a safe and contactless environment.
