Dr. Gary Lambert brings more than 25 years of experience to the position

St. Louis, Mo.: Psychological Associates, a consulting company that applies behavioral science to business performance, recently named Dr. Gary Lambert as its newest Organizational & Performance Consultant.  Dr. Lambert specializes in working with organizations’ leaders to create powerful talent management programs that align with their strategic objectives.  He will be responsible for applying an integrated approach to acquire and manage talent throughout the entire human capital development lifecycle.

Dr. Lambert has more than 25 years of consulting experience.  He assists organizations in the selection, assessment and development of leaders across a broad range of national, international, public and private clientele.

Dr. Lambert earned his Master of Science and Doctorate degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from North Georgia College (now the University of North Georgia).
