  • Psychological Associates Adds Organizational and Performance Consultant

     St. Louis, Mo., : Psychological Associates, a consulting company that applies behavioral science to business performance, recently named Dr. Amy Stewart as its newest Organizational and Performance Consultant.

    Dr. Stewart specializes in working with Fortune 500, government, and non-profit organizations to increase their return on investment with human capital.  She will assist managers and executives as they develop and apply capabilities to their specific workplace.

    Prior to joining Psychological Associates, Dr. Stewart served as the Chief Talent Officer for Jefferson County in Alabama.  She previously worked as the Assessment for VP Selection and Development leader of Lowe’s, Inc. where she built the organization’s executive selection program.

    Dr. Stewart earned both her Ph.D. and Master of Science degrees in Applied Psychology from the University of Georgia.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Georgia State University.
