  • St. Louis, Mo., :  Psychological Associates, a consulting company that applies behavioral science to business performance, recently added a new project management department designed to internally enhance the company’s capabilities with a more client-centric approach.  Paula Godar, a 30-year industry veteran, was hired to serve as the director of the new department.

    Godar will manage key client projects, oversee internal projects, and supervise a team of four employees.  Her responsibilities include the implementation, coordination, completion and analysis of short and long-term projects.  Prior to joining Psychological Associates, Godar worked at Maritz for more than 25 years in numerous roles including Vice President of Client Services, Vice President of Program Effectiveness, and Vice President of Marketing and Communications.  Godar earned her Master of Arts degree in Marketing from Webster University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. Louis University.

    “Paula is the perfect candidate to oversee our newest department based upon her past experience and impressive leadership skills,” said Psychological Associates’ Chief Operating Officer Jeff Lefton.  “Her guidance allows us to create innovative solutions for our clients’ unique needs, and we look forward to all that she will achieve for our organization.”
