St. Louis, Mo., : Psychological Associates, a consulting company that applies behavioral science to business performance, recently hired Jessica Lefton as Marketing Communications Specialist. Lefton’s responsibilities include building upon and maintaining the company’s public presence. She will manage the Leadership Through People Skills (LTPS) workshops, as well as assist with 
Lefton’s hiring marks the third generation at the privately-owned family business. Her grandfather, Dr. Robert Lefton, is the cofounder and CEO; her father, Jeff Lefton, is the Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining Psychological Associates, Lefton worked in development for a local non-profit women’s shelter. She previously served as an assistant language teacher for a Japanese exchange teaching program. Lefton earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in International Business and a minor in Japanese Language from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Wash.
