St. Louis, Mo :  Psychological Associates, a consulting company that applies behavioral science to business performance, recently hired Drs. Matt Fearrington and Jaclyn Lanier as Organizational and Performance Consultants.

Dr. Fearrington has nearly 20 years of professional experience in clinical, educational, and business industries.  His specialties include customized talent management solutions such as executive coaching, training seminars, and team development.  Dr. Fearrington earned his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from The University of Tennessee-Knoxville, his Master of Science degree in Community Counseling from The University of North Carolina-Greensboro, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University in North Carolina.

Dr. Lanier is an Industrial Organizational Psychologist who has more than 15 years of experience assessing leaders and potential leaders.  Her specialties including personality assessment testing, behavioral interviewing, and 360 degree feedback.  Dr. Lanier previously served as a consultant and corporate psychologist at Wells Fargo, SHL, PreVisor, and Select International.  She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of Florida.
