Pulse Technology names Rosemary Wright to position of Dispatch Specialist

SCHAUMBURG, IL:Pulse Technology (http://pulsetechnology.com), a technology company serving the IT, Managed Print Services and other needs of businesses throughout the Midwest and beyond, has named Rosemary Wright of Hoffman Estates, IL to the position of Dispatch Specialist.

In this role, she will coordinate and fulfill incoming requests for technology or service support from Pulse Technology’s MPS (Managed Print Services) and IT clients. Pulse Technology maintains a full department of service technicians who work in the field at client locations throughout Illinois and Indiana.

Prior to joining Pulse Technology, she was a Customer Service Representative at LifeTech, a provider of home respiratory equipment and services in Elmhurst. She held a similar Customer Service role previously at Aramsco & Interlink Supply in Chicago.

She holds a license in cosmetology, a field she worked in previously. Currently, she is enrolled at Harper College, where she will earn her Bachelor’s Degree in 2023.

One of her out of office activities is volunteering to help the non-profit organization Feeding My Starving Children, a nonprofit organization that coordinates the packaging and distribution of food to people in developing nations.

She also enjoys traveling to Guatemala, where many of her mother’s family members still live. She and her husband, Charlie, live in Hoffman Estates.
