SCHAUMBURG, IL: Pulse Technology (http://pulsetechnology.com), a technology company serving the IT, Managed Print Services and other needs of businesses throughout the Midwest and beyond, has named Vince Emrich of Oswego to the position of Business Process Improvement Specialist.

In this role, he will work with the internal sales team and client base to look at Managed Print Services (MPS) and other document management solutions to help companies further improve their efficiencies.

Prior to joining the Pulse team, he was a Program Manager at the Chicago-based Green Office Partner, where he oversaw new client onboarding and managed installs and implementations for software and hardware. Prior to his time with Green Office Partner, was an Integration Coordinator at Impact Networking in Bolingbrook, IL. His work also included five years with COTG, a Xerox company where he provided project management and sales support.

Emrich studied at Northern Illinois University. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking and baking, as well as outdoor activities including hiking, boating, and sailing on Lake Michigan. He has a trip planned to see the Grand Canyon as well.
