Hyderabad: PVR Cinemas, the largest and the most premium film exhibition company in India, today announced the launch of its 7^th multiplex at Hyderabad Next Galleria in Irrum Manzil, Hyderabad. Equipped to provide an immersive cinematic experience, the brand new 7-screen property will add to the diverse offerings by PVR and elevate the cinematic experience in the city. With this launch, the total screen count of PVR Cinemas stands at 41 screens at 7 properties in Hyderabad and 52 screens at 9 properties in the state of Telangana.

 

Spread across an area of 42,461 sq. ft. with a seating capacity of 1182, the cinema is part of a commercial hotspot in the city ensuring wide connectivity and easy access. The brand new multiplex is equipped with BARCO 2K projection system, which providessuperb brightness and vibrant colors ensuring a razor-sharp picture quality along with Dolby 7.1 surround sound system and the Next-Gen 3D technology.

Designed on the concept of modernity with a classical touch, the cinema will have warm and inviting interiors. The stone accented foyer offers built-in seating with plasmas displaying local art and cinema in a harmonious loop. Comfortable seating with the luxury of recliner seats and delicacies from the gourmet menu blends conveniently with the facility of Quick Tix to provide a seamless experience to the customers.

 

The new property is expected to witness the launch of city’s first 4DX theatre soon. With this opening, PVR stands at a total screen count of 741 screens at 159 properties in 63 cities.
