“Overall the retail sector has been upbeat and has shown constant growth month on month over last year. All the categories have been aggressive in their dynamic sales promotions and vibrant loyalty programs, staying connected with their fan base even under the shadows of uncertainty looming large. At Phoenix, we have always believed in ourselves, staying ahead and setting the trends, to offer best destination experience to our patrons. Our loyalty has stretched as far as Nashik, Kolhapur, Solapur, Ahmednagar to Panvel and Vashi. 2019 has been a remarkable year for us to have presented landmark décors and installations, in the form of the 3D Art Kingdom on the Third Floor, Hollywood Wax of Fame in July/August and then Royal Affair during the Diwali month, drawing great appreciations from all quarters. We hope to continue with this trend in 2020 as well taking the customer experience to the next level, bringing more luxury brands to our one-stop, holding international events and concerts and scaling the other in-house marquee event to a greater perimeter.”
