Former corporate lobbyist Niira Radia appeared in a Delhi court today to testify as a prosecution witness in the 2G case. During the proceedings, CBI sought court’s nod to place on record CDs containing 62 intercepted telephonic conversations of Radia pertaining to the case. However, as all accused in the 2G case opposed CBI’s plea for placing the CDs on record, the court asked them to file their response on 2nd July and deferred recording of Radia’s statement too till then.
