  • Rajnath Singh Inagurates Capf Referral Hospital

    New Delhi : Union Home Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh, inaugurated today the state-of-the-art 200-bed Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) referral hospital equipped with the most modern hi-tech healthcare facilities.

    The referral hospital, located at Greater Noida, is part of the Home Minstry’s systematic upgradation and modernization programme, aimed at increasing the network of composite hospitals to create additional facilities.

    Built by Navratna PSU NBCC (India) Ltd., the hospital is spread over Ground plus 3 floors and is equipped with modern amenities like Modular Operation Theatre, Solar Water Heating System, Rain Water Harvesting, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm System etc.

    “The new super-specialty Hospital will prove to be a great healthcare asset as it will offer prompt and high quality treatment to a large number of police forces personnel and their families. It will also be a cost-effective and reliable treatment option for thousands of ex-Servicemen and their families who comprise a large section of civilian population,” said Dr.Anoop Kumar Mittal, Chairman-cum-Managing Director NBCC (India) Ltd.

    The construction of the hospital was completed within a time frame of 30 months.

    The hospital exemplifies Government’s commitment to provide the best possible facilities to the Armed Police Forces personnel who are serving the nation.
