Bengaluru: Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Mandeep Kumar as the Food and Beverage Manager. Mandeep holds an experience of more than 10 years in the hospitality industry converting strategic vision into measurable results.  A highly motivated and dynamic leader, he consistently ensures that his team performs at the highest level.

As the Food & Beverage Manager at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, he will be responsible for heading and managing the Food and Beverage operations and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. In order to drive revenue growth at the hotel, he will also closely work with the sales and marketing team to establish greater brand visibility for the hotel’s overall food and beverage offerings.

Before joining Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, he has performed his role of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Accor, Goa. He handled large operations with a profound understanding of Food and Beverage, marketing strategy development and communications.

Mandeep began his career in the year 2011 as the F&B Team leader at The Leela Palace, Bangalore and there was no looking back since then. In his previous role, he was associated with Marriott Hotels in Bangalore and Goa. His passion for service and building new relationships inspired him to join the hospitality industry.

Mandeep hails from Haryana and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Punjab Technical University.

He is an energetic leader who believes in creating empowered teams. On the personal front, Mandeep loves to travel and is a cricket enthusiast.
