Now open in a new avatar, the atrium restaurant has full length wide windows which offer an unhampered view of the ocean. The natural light streaming in through the transparent glass dome magnifies the restaurant’s ambience. The new décor is the creation of Sangeeta Mansharamani, the in-house interior designer of The Sun-n-Sand group of hotels. She has made the all-day diner comfortable yet interesting; stylish yet casual. One enters the place with an intoxicating blend of stunning décor and vibrant ambience; the aqua colored semi transparent glass tiles in the centre and on the columns are unique and add to the aquatic theme of the restaurant. The fumed American veneers on the columns give warmth to the place; one can easily succumb to the views and the perfect setting.

A huge glass wall separates AQUA from Sun-n-Sand’s famed multi-cuisine restaurant “The Sunset Room”. A glass door opens up in the middle to join the two restaurants. The white marble floor gives AQUA a royal and elegant feel; the look is chic, the vibe informal. It is a perfect place for meetings, offering wireless high speed internet access or a romantic dinner for two.

The eatery offers attentive service with artistic food presentations from Celebrity Chef Gautam Mehrishi, who takes his food seriously and makes sure it exceeds guests’ expectations. His new menu offers a selection of International, Indian & Asian flavors. The thought process in designing and formulating the cuisine is based on new world trends and progressive food presentation. The menu offers great variety in ingredients and cooking styles.

AQUA also presents a freshly styled buffet with emphasis on action stations comprising of a clay oven, a magic marinade griddle, induction cooking and a wok station.

The cuisine layout of the buffet emphasizes on artistically presented food in modern Italian design oyster shell chaffers and French hand crafted cast iron cocottes. The cold food is presented individually in beautiful German porcelain miniatures, creating the whole experience into a memorable bond with world cuisine.
