Singapore : Retail Banker International, the leading global publication for retail banking with a strong focus on Asia, has announced the winners of its Retail Banker International Asia Trailblazer Awards.
In its fifth year, the Trailblazer Awards, organised by Timetric, continue to reflect critical banking standards across categories including service excellence, strategy excellence, product excellence, channel excellence and process excellence.

Some new award categories were added to the RBI Asia Trailblazer Awards 2014 such as Channel Excellence in Innovative Service Delivery – ATMsand Channel Excellence in Internet Banking – Cross-border. These new awards reflect the latest trends in retail banking and highlight customer delivery initiatives that have established a strong foothold in the last year.
There were new additions made to the panel of judges as well, alongside a couple of veterans, to bring in fresh industry expertise and longstanding knowledge of Asia’s retail financial services industry. The judging panel was actively involved in the evaluation process guaranteeing the independence and transparency of the programme.
The 2014 Asia Trailblazer Awards were also accompanied by a day Summit that saw three key panel discussions initiating dialogue over current industry trends that are top-of-the-mind issues for bankers and other industry players. The panels saw participation from leading experts from across the region and institutions.
