New Delhi : Rosang, the restaurant for authentic and traditional North-East food comes out with a unique Combo Meal to celebrate this year’s Republic Day. This Combo Meal will include special dishes from all the eight NE States viz., Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura.

 

The Rosang Combo Meal will include the following unique dishes representing 8 states:

Manipur: Chakhao (Red Rice)

Assam: Hahor Mangkho (Duck Curry)

Nagaland Nuoshi (Pork with Yam Leaf Herbs)

Mizoram: Bai (Vegetable Stew)

Tripura: Mosoden (Burned Brinjal Chutney)

Arunachal Pradesh: Ngatak (Fish Stew)

Meghalaya: Kappa (Chicken Entrails)

Sikkim: Aloo Taama (Potato and Bamboo Shoot curry)
