After the untimely demise of her parents, Rounak underwent a period of rigorous struggle and strife. But owing to the encouragement from her sports teacher, she refurnished her long journey towards sports stardom in rapid strides.
As of today, Rounak Gulia is a six time state champion , a three time national medal holder and a two time Bharat Kesari winner in wrestling. Much of her splendid achievements and accomplishments owe to the relentless support from her family, specifically her husband and in laws.
After being a witness to the poor state of nutrition in the country, Rounak started her own business enterprise, Rapid Nutrition for providing better awareness and help in availing sports persons the right nutrition.
