In Russia, at least 18 people including three pilots were killed in a helicopter crash in Siberia region.

The Russian Transport Ministry said the Mi-8 helicopter carrying three crew members and 15 passengers crashed when it collided with machinery carried by another helicopter soon after takeoff.

The other helicopter landed safely after the incident.

The helicopters’ black boxes have been recovered. A commission has been set up to investigate the crash.
