  • Sachin Jaltare Presents Spiritually Inclined Svayambhu

    Published on December 10, 2018

Hyderabad : Inspired by a spiritual calling and driven by the mission to bring forth the core of universal energy and the gradual transformation into innumerable natural elements, prominent artiste Sachin S Jaltare, has captured these instincts to come up with his latest collection Svayambhu Art Exhibition.

Motivated by the Sanskrit word that implies self-originated and self-manifested, and titled so, Jaltare has presented 24 select works on the theme.

It got-off to a great start at Kalakriti Art Gallery, Road No 10, Banjara Hills here on Sunday. Connoisseurs and artistes from the fraternity appreciated the effort put into the sublime collection by the Akot, Akola native.

Open till December 27, the collection touches a multitude of spiritual influences on nature. The multiple award winner has hosted many group and solo shows both in India and abroad to equal acclaim.

Detailing about what inspired him to opt for such a theme, Jaltare explains, ‘the natural world exists on its own, changes, grows, evolves and dissipates according to its own accord and will. Nothing remains permanent, still or static, change is ingrained deeply into the very core of existence, on physical as well as metaphysical extents and cannot be denied. The present series of works explore and reinstate such deeply embedded, ever changing nature of form and space’.

Adding further, the 49-year-old says, ‘traversing through the boundless domain of the innermost self, the semi-abstract and fluid imagery manifests an introspective journey wherein the artist gets immersed in understanding and re-establishing oneness with the ‘Absolute’ and Svayambhu Art Exhibition is the outcome of that quest’.

Senior artist Surya Prakash, Aasheesh Pittie, renown art collector, Kalakriti founders Prashanth Lahoti &Rekha Lahoti, Renu Swaroop, art collector, Vaishali S.Jaltare and others artists from across India participated in the preview.
