  • School of Inspired Leadership announces admissions open for various Post Graduate Programs

    New Delhi : SOIL has released admissions notification for one year full time Post Graduate Programs 2011-12. School of Inspired Leadership is co-created by a group of leading companies from across Industry verticals that believe in SOIL and its value proposition, who contribute to curriculum design, student selection, research, student mentoring and placements. SOIL offers Post Graduate courses across 3 disciplines, mentored by best faculty including global academicians, international consultants and industry practitioners. The disciplines include Business Leadership Program (BLP), Marketing Leadership Program(MLP) and HR Leadership Program (HRLP).

    Aspirants enrolling for MLP and HRLP program need to have a graduate degree to be eligible to apply (students in final year of graduation can also apply), while eligibility criteria for BLP program require three years full time work experience after graduation to be completed by May 30, 2011. Though test scores are not a mandatory part of the admission process however one can submit GMAT score (if taken), else a CAT or XAT score if taken. The application fee is Rs. 2000/- which can be paid online or by demand draft.

    • Last date of application: January 30 & March 15, candidates applying in the first round will be interviewed before candidates applying in the second round and so on

    Once the online applications have been submitted, the applications are reviewed and the suitable candidates are sent The Caliper Profile Assessment (CPA). CPA is a comprehensive assessment which provides measures of one’s potential to demonstrate competencies which are essential aspects of successful leadership and management – influencing, managing relationships, interpersonal skills, problem solving, decision making, personal organization and time management. If the Caliper report shows that the applicants have the necessary qualities desired at SOIL, they will be called for an Interview which is the Talent Appreciation Process (T.A.P.).

    SOIL will conduct the T.A.P. across the cities of Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Delhi (NCR). This will include an interview by senior leaders from the SOIL Industry Consortium Companies along with the SOIL faculty. T.A.P. gives the aspirants an opportunity to showcase their strengths. Selected candidates will be made an offer of admission within 7 days of completion of their Talent Appreciation Process. SOIL also offers various finance and scholarship assistance to ensure that no meritorious student should be unable to join our program due to a financial constraint.
