Verizon Plans Internet Video Service for Non FiOS TV Markets to Be Ready by the year 2012

Snapping an eight-day losing streak, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange gained 119 points, or 0.8 percent, to again close above the 16,000 mark, at 16,065, today, on bargain-hunting and short-covering by investors, and positive European markets.
The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange rose 34 points, or 0.7 percent, to 4,812. Stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore ended mixed.
