Serafina Mumbai brings a special Northern Italian a-la-carte festive menu

Mumbai : Serafina Mumbai, India’s bequeathed legacy of New York’s iconic Northern Italian restaurant chain, is celebrating Yuletide spirit this Gallete Di Melafestive season with a special a-la-carte Northern Italian festive menu as Chef Rahul Kulkarni and his coterie of master culinary craftsmen create a selection of soups, salads, main course & desserts that will send your senses in a tizzy. This special menu will be available as an add-on for both lunch and dinner from 23rd December to 30th December.

Start with the Roasted Pepper & goat cheese Soup, a hot roasted red pepper puree with goat cheese and the Bocconcini alla caprese salad, made with Bocconcini cheese, Musclum, three types of tomatoes & pesto. Move on to the main course and relish the signature Christmas delicacy Roast Turkey, with with red wine jus and Kalamata olives and potato mash. Vegetarians can dig into the Roasted pumpkin & Fontina risotto, a delicious creation of roasted pumpkin with Fontina cheese risotto. Finish off this Christmas meal with the Gallete Di Mela, Balsamic glazed apples baked with filo served with Vanilla Ice cream or the Ravioli Di Uva E Pere Caramellate Camicia Win Rosso, crispy ravioli stuffed with crème cheese and red wine soaked raisins.
